Who is the Storyteller?
The Storyteller is the intelligent, discerning energy of LOVE channelled through Chuck Little. Chuck and his wife Jeri have been working with the Storyteller all around the world since 1986. The Storyteller, a timeless primal energy, teaches us patiently, gently and humorously, who we are, why we respond to life as we do and how we can do it differently, if we choose.

Why is the Storyteller here?
The reason why the Storyteller is communicating with us now is in response to humanity’s request for guidance. The purpose is to provide knowledge and techniques to achieve and maintain the balance of energies necessary for humanity’s evolutionary leap forward.

What is the value of the teachings?
The teachings can give a unique and personal insight into your own experience and bring added clarity, hope and joy to life.

Why is this in English?
This website is in English because the teachings of the Storyteller when classes are organized in the Netherlands are also given in English. If you have any other questions not covered here, any of the coordinators would be happy to answer them for you in Dutch or in English. Contact details are given below.

A Simple Experience, but a Useful One!
Meeting the Storyteller is an unusual experience. The word experience is perhaps the easiest and broadest term to describe the interaction which takes place when we are in conversation with the Storyteller. Conversations with a Purpose - that is the first essential feature. As students of life we have found conversing with the Storyteller to be enlightening, intriguing, humorous, and beneficial to us, as well as providing fascinating insights not only into the world around us, but also the very nature of who and what we are.

Conversations led by an Insightful, and very Enjoyable Teacher
The second essential feature of these conversations is that these conversations take place with an individual that we refer to as The Storyteller. The conversations themselves are gentle and relaxed. Anyone observing such a conversation would see a very natural, always polite gathering of individuals, of all ages and from all walks of life, having an ordinary conversation with the teacher. If you feel uncomfortable with the thought of groups, 'group-think', being with strangers, or otherwise unsure about participating in a new adventure, you would hardly find this a stressful experience, certainly rather less stressful than a typical business meeting, or any other such group or personal encounter.

Conversations For Us
The third feature is that the subject of these conversations is us! We may occasionally discuss issues of interest, such as world events, or particular topics, but ultimately this is a resource whose intent is to be of service to us, offering its concepts, hints and insights in a way which we may find useful and helpful in conducting our daily lives.

Why would this be useful to you?
Why would anyone be interested in helping us, and why should we be interested in listening, when we're more than capable of organising our own lives! Well, the simple answer to both these questions is that there is nothing more important to us as individuals than ourselves. If you doubt that, try discussing world poverty while negotiating heavy traffic, and notice which gets your attention!!!

Not for you
If your life is meaningless to you, or anyone else's opinion on your life is none of their business then, indeed, you may not see any such conversation as being of interest to you. For most of us however, life is a turmoil of events, opportunities, setbacks, relationships, thoughts and opinions that swirl around leaving us at times confused and frustrated and at other times proud and elated, but mostly somewhere in-between.

Source
An opportunity to discuss these sorts of experiences from a unique and fascinating perspective is what this is all about. The Storyteller is a source of conversation, one that we find to be insightful, intriguing, humorous, and always deeply courteous and who is not without a twinkling ability to poke a little mischievous fun once in a while.

Staying Centred
One thing that the Storyteller is not, is a guru, guide or figurehead, requiring any form of obedience or veneration. Our greatest gift as human beings is our own free will, and the Storyteller is the first to remind us of that, and the last to cross it. If ever there was a safe place to have such a conversation, it is in the context of the Storyteller; Nor, however, is the conversation a 'therapy', so if by safe you understand a place to unburden yourself, that may be appropriate in a private conversation with the Storyteller, but in the group discussions, it is very much a matter of equally responsible individuals participating in a responsible, polite, cooperative and hopefully, fruitful manner.

Treat Yourself
There are many other approaches to discussing what the Storyteller is, some of which you may find here or elsewhere, but ultimately the Storyteller is a resource for your benefit, should you decide to participate. If a gym is a place to get fit, a library a place to learn, and a restaurant a place to feed the body, then perhaps what the Storyteller offers is a place of discovery, in which the conversations themselves open up insights and opportunities for you to explore and learn more about yourself and the world, or not, at your leisure.
